Purchased a small shed at K1/2, Phase -1, GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. India and started to develop precision work and high precision products.
Development and manufacture of Freewheel one-way clutches & Cam Followers, etc.
Development and manufacture of Keyless Transmission elements.
Initial development and manufacture of Centrifugal Lift off Sprag (CLS) for Holdback with high speed rotating inner ring.
Developed one more import substituted products like Tensioner Nuts & Bolts, Varieties of Hold Backs & Keyless Transmission Elements.
Development of Shrink discs for Industrial gearbox.
Development of shrink disc for wind mill application.
NMT & E started manufacturing Precision products on CNC technology
Purchased a big shed at A/2, Phase -1, GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. India and systematically enhanced production and testing facilities.
First time earned prestigious QMS Certificate of ISO 9001:2008.
Manufacturing of Shrink discs and holdbacks for high capacity up to 500 mm shaft diameter has started.
The proprietary concerned "NMT & E" was incorporated as NMTG Mechtrans Techniques Pvt. Ltd.
Started to give customized solution in one way and keyless transmisson.
Shifted all critical operations to CNC machines and reached 21 CNC machine including wire cut in two adjacent units.
NMTG developed in-house production validation Test Lab.
Invention & Developed High speed backstop clutch for Flange Mounted motor. This can be installed in existing flange mounted motor without any modifications.
NMTG is certified with Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
New Product Launch: Development and production of Double Cage Sprag Assembly (NDC) for general machine building sectors.
NMTG is certified with Environment management system 14001: 2015 - Health & safety management system 45001:2018. Our Products are also CE certified.
New Product Launch: Development and production of Non-Reverse Ratchets (Holdbacks) for Deep well Vertical Turbine Pump applications to prevent reverse rotation of shaft.
New Product Launch: Freewheel Cage Assembly NSC. The new Freewheel Cage Assembly are particularly suitable for space-optimized applications.
