NMTG High Tension Nuts are used in industries for applications where tightening large bolts (over M24) becomes very challenging. High Tension Nuts solve this problem by breaking down the necessary tensioning energy into a sum of small input torques. By tightening the clamping bolts, a strong axial thrust force is generated. This thrust force is directed against a thrust washer. Clamping bolts have a small friction diameter and can therefore create a high thrust force with relatively little torque input. High Tension Nuts is also known as mechanical type Tensioner Nuts & Bolts
