Protection Caps & Accessories

We offers protection caps for all standard series NMTG Tensioner Nuts.

The Protection Caps, made of plastic & steel with anti-rust coating protect the entire tensioner nut from external, aggressive influences during operation. In combination with coated NMTG Tensioner Nuts, they are particularly suitable for use in highly corrosive environments, e.g. offshore.

Our Protection Caps are greased before assembly and then easily fit onto the tension nuts

NMTG ASSEMBLY KIT

Incorrect assembly and disassembly can damage clamping bolts or washer of Tensioner Nut. During maintenance these parts could even be lost entirely. For such scenarios we offer assembly or replacement kits. These kits are available for standard series Tensioner Nuts. Replacement clamping bolts and washers are supplied as a complete kit only, not separately.

ASSEMBLY PASTE

To protect highly stressed parts of the NMTG Tensioner Nut and to maintain constant friction values, we recommends the use of the assembly Paste as a protective, release and lubricating agent.

The NMTG Assembly Paste contains optimally matched solids and selected additives and offers long-lasting protection against corrosion, seizing and abrasion.

Available in different filling quantities upon request.
